When we are selling commercial real estate, we work with a unique commission plan that is fair and reasonable for all parties

When we deal with leases, I do not have commissions continued over the term of the lease.  It is a set 1st and last months rent and that is it.  The Co-operating broker receives one months rent and we receive the other months rent.

HOW WE SELL YOUR PROPERTY!

There is no magic to selling your property. It is a combination of hard work, experience and dedication which involves the following:

We study your property; check your leases, financial information and documents related to your purchase.

We will provide you with a written “opinion of value” for your property. This provides you with a basis for understanding and testing the market.

We will develop a marketing plan to expose your property to the marketplace. In most, but not all cases, we believe that the MLS (realtor.ca) is one of the most important marketing tools along with advertising in the media.

We use our experience and training to skilfully draft documents and negotiate on your behalf. We work with the lawyers and fellow agents on your behalf, in order to provide the best possible deal as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We also provide ongoing assistance, support and follow-ups to help make the experience as smooth as possible.
